Dude I'm 6'2" 280lbs with 12-15% bodyfat. I only recently started lifting heavy and I've got 19.5" guns right now and they aint fully developed yet. I've only recently been intro'd to the whole whey protein thing, so I intend on getting bigger. And I'm like the runt of the family. Like I said I know many family members of mine who, if they were to get regemental on the whole bodybuilding lifestyle (diet, training, supplements), would give Ronnie a run for his money in terms of size naturally.

I have not damaging trauma. Was overtrained (benching 145x8 160x8 175x8) for half of a year. So got my heart start pulse at 180 from even benching 75x10 kilos. Quit training, now swimming and skiing :) Lost nearly 20 kilos of musclues. But still can do small thing. Good luck in your long road!!!

I know im gonna get ripped on for this and obviously Ronnie knows more about bodybuilding than any of us, but am I the only one that thinks that sometimes he uses bad form? When hes doing skullcrushers his elbows are way out, not in tight parallel with his side. And when he does lateral raises and a lot of other exercises, he uses a lot of momentum to throw the weights up instead of a smooth controlled motion. Maybe its just me....

I can do 85 lb dumbells, usually 6-8 reps , moving up to 95s soon. I know this is less than 1/2 the weight seen here , but I have never taken HGH or roids. stweierocks , don't worry about muscle 2 much , make sure u stretch alot also , don't want to stunt your growth daswimkid , do non mainstream exercises for your abs , ie . plyometric chin ups but focus on abs while doing them , rotate side 2 side

I don't think Oscar was on par with Art, Oscar even said so himself. He said that he was getting cocky showing off in front of girls. So his father to keep him grounded made him listen to an Art record. After listening to it Oscar gave up the piano for months and wouldn't play in Art's presence

notice, the music for this film was shot prior to the video footage. Thus, you see Bird laughing at Bean attempting to mime to a recording of his own solo before the studio manager tells him to stop. So you can't really judge their reactions in this video in accordance with the music. Overall Bean is old school and Bird respects him for that, but Bird is the new school and Bean respects him for that. Bean wasnt the only person to tell young guys like Miles to stear clear of Bird because of drugs

I agree that they respected each other; you can tell by their expressions--especially the reverence that Bird shows toward Bean near the end of the clip. Even tough they were "playing" to recorded music on the sound stage, it is still one of my favorite songs and video clips. Thanks.
